Social Nights​

Join us once a month for an evening full of hanging out and socializing! Each month will be a different theme along with games and refreshments.
​
Please let us know if there any specific food allergies and/or sensitivities to lights or disco lights. Our goal is to accommodate all guests and create our space to be as sensory friendly as possible.

WHO: Teens and Adults with disabilities
WHAT: Dancing, refreshments, hanging out, games, and FUN!
WHERE: Valley Farms Community Center
WHEN: The first Friday of every Month, unless otherwise noted.
COST: $10 per guest *Each guest is allowed a plus one (staff, parent, guardian)

Recreational Adaptive
Spring Soccer
We are so excited to host another season of soccer!
​​WHO: Athletes with disabilities, 5+
WHAT: 5 Week League
WHERE: Practice and games are played on the Accessible Baseball Field (Miracle League of Mid-Michigan Field)
Schedule:
Open Play League on Tuesdays
Game Play League on Wednesdays
Practice - April 14th / 15th
Game - April 21st / 22nd
Game - April 28th / 29th
Game - May 5th/ 6th *PICTURE DAY!
Game - 12th/ 13th
COST: $40/Player plus $10 for new game day shirt
*If athlete is a new DARA Adaptive Athlete or needs a replacement.

The Miracle Field is located in Valley Farms Park in DeWitt Charter Township. A volunteer-board guides strategic development of the MLMM for sustained growth, and DeWitt Area Recreation Authority oversees and implements league play and activities.

Sensory Toolkits
Thank you to Mid-Michigan Autism Association for donating 3 Sensory Toolkits that can be utilized at our events, classes, and programs!
​
Each toolkit consists of: noise cancelling headphones, a pair of sunglasses for light sensitivities, fidgets, a dry erase board with marker and eraser, and 2 visual emergency communication cards.
